Joshua's Care LLC works with parents and guardians to pay their staff for the HCBS hours worked. We will work with the parents or guardians on reviewing and giving increases based on longivity and qualifications of the staff. We pay the taxes for the employee including workers compensation, social security, medicare and unemployment both State and Federal. We will pay your staff weekly or semi-monthly based on their choices. Joshua's Care will pay with Direct Deposit or by check. We help the staff keep their qualifications up according to the standards imposed by Medicare.
